Clean and comfortable rooms, only little waiting time to check in, organized . Staff in the waterpark is amazing. Thank you to these people as they made our stay memorable. I booked with breakfast and lunch included. The breakfast was delicious in the Market cafe: kids and adults loved it. A special thanks to a moroccan manager I think who was very welcoming, hospitable and hardworking.

The lunch ( half board ) was included in my booking in the Panini restaurant and it was very disappointing: first we booked for two adults and two kids and I was asked to select only one main dish for two adults and one for each kid. How am i supposed to share one salad/ or one sandwich between two adults? It’s ridiculous. Trying to do savings at any cost, this is not what we call hospitality. But also, before that the staff was completely lost and it took 40minutes for them to sort out what we could or not order. This looked ridiculous again. The regular menu contains about 20 dishes, but for us they offered only three or four choices: if you are vegetarian or else… you do not have a choice. As a desert, we were asked to select one dessert for four persons ( did they imagine that two adults and two kids fighting over a tiny cake would be a great idea to cut costs ? ) This was very disappointing even my kids asked why we only could have one dish for two adults. The service was very slow, an asian lady who served us at first did not have any idea of how assisting us.
