The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The facilities were excellent, especially the pools and restaurants, and the breakfast offered a great variety with high-quality food. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious.
The hotel can be quite busy during weekends, which makes some public areas feel crowded. Apart from that, everything was well managed.

Everything, hotel staff was absolutely lovely: from the front desk reception to the restaurant, and obviously the waterpark staff. Every one made our stay an unforgettable weekend.
I would like to highlight the amazing work of Suresh Selvaraj (Housekeeping Assistant Manager) who helped me to organize a beautiful balloon arrangement for my daughter’s 5th birthday. The room looked lovely and she had the best time
