This house is well-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Lots of space, everything works and the instructions are clear. Centrally located on the Isle of Skye, you are able to reach all of the sites easily. But the best part of the house is the view. A wonderful view greets you every morning - clear skies give you a view of Raasay, cloudy days give you fog horns from the ferry.

The Boathouse is a beautiful home with fantastic views. We cooked in every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. It is perfectly set up for 2 couples or a family.

The boathouse was absolutely gorgeous, the view to Raasay was sublime. The property was very well equipped beautifully decorated and cozy. The underfloor heating was on low when we arrived however we contacted the owner and they came immediately to sort it out. We also had unbelievable weather for November which made for a fantastic stay on the island

We first visited the Boathouse a year ago and had an equally idyllic time this year. The location is great for access to both the North/South corridor of Skye (towards Portree and the Trotternish north and towards Broadford, the bridge, the ferry and the Sleat Peninsula to the South) but also, unusually, heading West towards Edinbane and Waternish. The house itself is well-appointed, super clean, has a great modern look to it and plenty of space, both in the bedrooms and the shared areas. Cannot complain in any way about any of it!
