Wunderschön eingerichtetes Einzimmerappartment mit großem Duschbad aus dem 15 Jahrhundert. Komplette Einrichtung.
Das Ufer ist gleich hinter der Gasse und einem Anbau des Vermieters.
Da kann man Abends schöne Sonnenuntergänge auf einer Bank geniessen.
Nebenan ist ein Restaurant direkt am Wasser. Kontakt via Walter.
Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
Das nächste Mal testen wir das andere Appartment im ersten Stock.

Sehr schönes Appartment für zwei Personen mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und Bad/Dusche. Es liegt direkt am Iseo-See. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Schiffsanleger liegt 1 Minute vom Appartment entfernt.Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht in einem kleinen Supermarkt. Weiterhin: Bäcker, Post und Gemüseladen sowie mehrere Restaurants und Bars, die alle zu empfehlen sind.
Predore ist ein idealer Ausgangsort, den Iseo-See und seine Umgebung per Schiff, Bus oder Auto zu entdecken. Wanderungen in die Berge sind auch von Predore möglich, haben wir aber wegen der Hitze nicht unternommen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig nur einen Steinwurf vom See entfernt.
Die Lage ist super, ideal für Ausflüge. Der See ist sehr sauber und wir konnten morgens und abends im See schwimmen gehen.
Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, die Verständigung klappte gut über Handy mit Übersetzungsfunktion.
Alles bestens, kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im Appartment Novitá verbracht. Der Raum selbst stammt aus dem Jahr 1500 und wurde 2014 liebevoll und fachkundig saniert. Entstanden ist ein Ferienappartment, das seinesgleichen sucht. Die Knaller sind das Bad, der riesige Kamin (den wir zum Glück nicht brauchten) und das wirklich bequeme Rundbett. Kleines Manko: Die Bilder bei Fewo-Direkt zeigen beide Appartments, so dass man nicht weiß, welches Bild zu welchem Appartment gehört.
Walter und Emmanuela sind hervorragende, aufmerksame und großherzige Gastgeber/Vermieter und haben uns, soweit es unsere Sprachkenntnisse zuließen und wir dies wollten, immer einbezogen (z.B. wenn Sie Gäste hatten und im Garten waren). Leider sprechen wir kaum Italienisch und die Konversation auf Englisch war nicht immer einfach :-) Unterstützt werden sie von ihrer Tochter Elena, die gut englisch spricht. Zur Ankunft fanden wir eine flasche eisgekühlten Proseccos aus der Region Franciacorta vor. LECKER!
Der Iseosee selbst ist eine Perle und längst nicht so überlaufen wie Garda- oder Comer See. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön (auch bei durchwachsenem Wetter) und man erholt sich ab der ersten Minute.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder - dann aber mit mehr italienischer Sprache im Gepäck :-) Danke für alles!!! ***Abbiamo trascorso una settimana meravigliosa in appartamento Novita. La camera è stata costruita nel 1500 ed è stato restaurato nel 2014 affetuosamente e professionalmente. Il risultato è un appartamento che non ha eguali. La "bomba" sono il bagno, il grande camino (che non abbiamo bisogno di felicità) e il letto rotondo davvero confortevole. Piccolo inconveniente: Le immagini in sito internet "fewo-direkt.de" entrambi i due appartamenti in modo che non si sa quale immagine appartiene a quale appartamento. Walter e Emmanuela sono eccellenti, attento e generoso ospite/padrone di casa e ci hanno per quanto permetterebbe la nostra lingua e volevamo questo, sempre inclusi (es se tu avessi una visita e siamo stati in giardino).Purtroppo, si parla poco italiano e la conversazione inglese non era sempre facile :-) Essi sono sostenuti da loro figlia Elena, che parla un buon inglese.All'arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di prosecco ghiacciato dal Franciacorta. BUONISSIMO! Lago d'Iseo in sé è un gioiello e non così affollato come di Garda o sul Lago di Como. Il paesaggio è bellissimo e uno recupera dal primo minuto.Ci torneremo - ma poi con più italiano nel bagaglio:-) Grazie di tutto!!!
