About this apartment rental

The apartment is new and furnished in a sober and modern way. Equipped with every comfort with a splendid view of a garden directly overlooking the lake. It consists of a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the lake and a private bathroom inside, a living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped balcony that enjoys a fantastic view of the garden and the lake, kitchenette with dishwasher, bathroom with washing machine.

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Die 2 Bäder sind praktisch. Die Kücheneinrichtung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, alle Basics sind aber vorhanden. Leider gibt es nur eine Kapselkaffeemaschine. Das ist nicht besonders nachhaltig. Extrem gut fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die wir bei Temperaturen von über 35° sehr gut gebrauchen konnten. Etwas störend fanden wir das Gebimmel der Glocken von Kirche und Rathaus, aber das kann man der Wohnung eigentlich nicht anlasten. Ganz oft saßen wir auf der Terrasse vor der Wohnung, haben gegessen oder gechillt. Auch dort ist alles gut und modern ausgestattet mit (Liege-)Stühlen, Tischen und Sonnenschirmen (kleiner Tipp: Innensechskantschlüssel mitnehmen, um die Stühle zu fixieren). Unmittelbar vor der Terrasse befindet sich ein Outdoor-Gym, das für alle kostenlos nutzbar ist. Der Ort Predore ist klein, aber fein. Es gibt Restaurants, Läden und eine Bar in direkter Umgebung. Toll fanden wir auch das Häuschen, an dem man für wenig Geld gekühltes Wasser zapfen konnte. Das spart eine Unmenge der sonst üblichen Plastikflaschen. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung, in Predore und am Lago d'Iseo und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
