spacious rooms, good location, 15 minutes walking distance from Spain square.
we are used to find some coffee, tea bags, sugar and salt in apartments we rented, unfortunately not in this one. microwave didn’t work properly.

Nice apartment near the Parque Garcia Sanabria with supermarkets and restaurants all within walking distance. All facilities except a washing machine, but there's a laundry right around the corner. Recommended.
Don't lose your smartphone (as I almost did), because it has the app with the electronic key. Maybe a backup code just in case would be handy? Also, no lift only a small stairway to the third floor. Otherwise fine.
