La ubicación es perfecta
Bastante calor, solo tiene un ventilador y he pasado mucho calor. Ha habido momentos de entrar y que estuviese a 35 grados el apartamento

Прекрасное расположение, все чисто, на кухне имеется вся посуда и утварь для готовки, большой телевизор, большая ванна, большие окна, я в восторге. Удобно заходить с кодом, не надо искать ключи и т.д.

Great central location. Very cozy apartment. A toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, 2 induction stoves, an electric kettle.
Lift was not working for a whole day, so you might have to walk up to your floor. Apartment installations a bit old, with parts of appliances and furniture falling apart. Bathtub faucet is leaking. Bathtub itself is in the bathroom for decorative purposes only since hot water only available for 5 min. Do not expect hot water for longer than 5 min when wanting to shower or take a bath.
