I liked mostly the location and cleanliness. The apartment is very well maintained, spacious and quiet. Very convenient if you need to stay downtown.

Great central location. Very cozy apartment. A toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, microwave, 2 induction stoves, an electric kettle.
Lift was not working for a whole day, so you might have to walk up to your floor. Apartment installations a bit old, with parts of appliances and furniture falling apart. Bathtub faucet is leaking. Bathtub itself is in the bathroom for decorative purposes only since hot water only available for 5 min. Do not expect hot water for longer than 5 min when wanting to shower or take a bath.
