Fantastiskt läge, centralt precis invid stora kanalen med caféer, restauranger, bussar, bagerier, frukthandel och matmarknad. Välutrustad lägenhet med diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och nespressomaskin. Två balkonger, den ena med plats för två och med vacker utsikt mot kanalen, piren och havet.

Brant smal spiraltrappa upp till lägenheten samt avsaknad av wifi.

The address was wrong T3 au coeur de ville. was not on any street sign it should have been the house number followed by the street name . we could not find the address given to us. The 2nd bedroom was very small and only got light via 3 windows into the next bedroom .It would have been very. embarrassing for 2 couples .The main bedroom ‘ s air conditioning had to supply both bedrooms. .1 small toilet between 4 people would have been difficult .The host made no effort to contact us and asked for messaging via m s n I could not phone her and we arrived in sete with no idea about the apartment ,when we did get a reply to my repeated calls ,the apartment was up 2 stories with no light on the middle floor and it had a narrow steep spiral staircase .The sheets were locked away and we could not work the combination lock .I phoned booking.com in London and told them that we could not stay without some help. and they instructed a friend of the host who had Co vid ,to explain the air conditioning and unlock the case containing the sheets which seems ridiculous as the sheets cost 25 € to hire . My sister and I have used booking .com annually for 20 years but this was the most difficult situation we have ever experienced .

the location is just great, the property itself is very nice, well decorated and filled with good spirit. the host is absolutely nice and charming. air conditioning in both rooms works fine. absolutely recommend for vacation/holiday stay.

internet is absolutely insufficient for normal work and entertainment. ping lag is up to 900ms. which is abt 10 times worse than you can call good. cell network is also bad, dont hope to use 4g neither. to me that was crucial since i came for work. since there is no closet and hangers it was not easy to place my shirts, blazer and trousers well. consider taking some hangers with you. or buy it here.. shower is not great; it sprinkles all around the bathroom but not on you. there is a lively street and a cheap night restaurant just below the bedroom so the noise can be a problem for you

Well located in the city centre (though noisy).

The property is accessed via very steep, slippery, and poorly lit stairs—difficult for small children, older people, or anyone with mobility issues. The shower room is in the corridor (shared) so not private. The street side bedroom is noisy. Guests should also be aware that there is a 24€ charge for bed linen.
