About this apartment rental
The apartment is located 5 minutes from downtown, in a quiet neighborhood between the fishing port and the commercial port, away from the nightlife.
It is functional, comfortable, and very well-equipped: everything is brand new. A loggia with a small balcony offers a glimpse of the harbor, the tuna boat docks, and the sea.
The apartment is on the 4th floor and has an elevator. It features a kitchenette with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a microwave with grill, a refrigerator, and a small freezer, as well as a washer-dryer combo and a “Rapido” sofa bed that opens very easily (and folds away easily during the day—see photos).
The bathroom is brand new and features a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet area.
The bedroom is small but functional. The bedding is high-quality (Dunlopillo) and brand new.
Sheets, bath towels, and dish towels are provided.
A breakfast area is set up with a Senseo coffee maker (pods provided to start your stay), an electric kettle, and a toaster.
This is our second home, and we have decorated and furnished it with care.
Bus routes to the train station, the city’s main attractions, the beaches, and surrounding towns are a 5-minute walk away.
