Just a few km from Lake Maggiore at the doors of Valgrande, in the borough of Aurano in the Intrasca Valley is located in a sunny position Casa Oriana. The idyllic village of Scareno with its surrounding mountains invites you to relax. The hut can be reached in 8 minutes on foot along a safe path. There are several huts in the immediate vicinity.
Casa Oriana welcomes you with its spacious living and dining room with cooking area. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and a small pantry. The wood-burning stove heats up the ambience in the more uncomfortable days. In the living area there is a fireplace, a small couch and a television.
The upper floor leads to the two bedrooms, one with double bed and wardrobe and the other with two single beds and chests of drawers. Through both rooms you reach the balcony with a fantastic mountain view. The bathroom is equipped with shower, washbasin, bidet and washing machine.
Please note that smoking and pets, of any size, are not allowed in the interior of the hut.
The House is close to the Lake Maggiore where you can make day trips to the Borromean Islands, visit the botanical garden of Villa Taranto, the coast of Verbania, Cannero Riviera, Cannobio, Baveno (Lake Maggiore Adventure Park) and Stresa. At 6 km you are inside the Valgrande park for trekking excursions and for an adventurous experience there is the Zipline.
