The approx. 55 m², tastefully furnished 2-room apartment is located in a 2-family-Rustico in a quiet and sunny panoramic position just above Oggebbio and the lake. There are also the typical small alleyways, which reflect the flair of the Italian way of life and make for us so lovely. The hiking friends among you can already start directly from the house to numerous interesting exploring trips, because a wide network of magnificent paths over the area. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you can relax on the balcony, simply read and relax while enjoying the fantastic view of Oggebbio, the lake and the mountains opposite. If you are longing for the rest of the world, you have a free WLAN Internet access to navigate the Internet. A bar, a pizzeria and a grocery store are located about 600 m away in the district of Gonte. The Oggebbio shipyard and the free public beach are a 5-minute walk away. Your private car parking is located in about 100 m distance. Erstmal ein großes Lob für den Empfang bei Hagel und Gewitter. Der Schlüssel wurde uns ans Auto gebracht. Die Verwalterin war völlig durchnässt. Hut ab!
Leider ist der Weg zur Wohnung recht beschwerlich. Man muss schon einigermaßen sportlich sein, um das Gepäck dorthin zu bringen. Es wäre fair, dies vorab zu erwähnen, denn für ältere Menschen oder Leute, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, wäre es nicht zu bewältigen. Leider war eine Hälfte des Kleiderschranks mit einem Vorhängeschloss versperrt, die andere Hälfte auch voll von Irgendetwas.
Dies wäre zu verbessern. 80 Euro für die Endreinigung erscheinen uns als sehr hoch und recht ambitioniert.
