2-family house "Angela". 500 m from the centre of Caldè, 600 m from the lake. For shared use: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Stepped path (6 steps) to the house. Parking. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 600 m, bar, bus stop "Laveno - Luino" 100 m, railway station "Caldè" 600 m, shingle beach 700 m (small). Please note: the keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Holiday Rentals in Porto Valtravaglia, 3 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Railway line 150 m from the property. Dogs can stay in the small fenced area in front of the apartment but not in the shared garden.
