Apartment with private entrance and terrace for exclusive use, in the living room you will find a 1/2 square sofa bed, a comfortable armchair. The French window that overlooks the long balcony has a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. In the well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge, you will find a comfortable table for five people, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from the long balcony where there are two breakfast tables, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / shower. the apartment allows direct access to the laundry room. A 40m pedestrian walkway with steps divides the house from the parking lot. access to the beach is 60 meters away from the apartment

Alessandro was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host during our check in. He made finding the property easy and comfortable after a long day of travel. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmte sehr gut. Der Naturstrand ist so nah, dass wir morgens oder abends sehr oft für ein kurzes Bad im See hinübergelaufen sind. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat im Vorfeld noch einige Tipps für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Fewo wieder buchen. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Het huis is mooi. Echter de entree naar het huis verloopt via 76 treden. Voor oudere mensen is de bereikbaarheid ervan slecht te noemen. Ook het meenemen van de bagage naar boven is een uitdaging. Het huis ligt aan een drukke doorgaande weg en je hoort het geluid ervan erg goed. Het strand dat je via de grote weg kunt bereiken is mooi en je kunt vandaar uit lekker in het meer zwemmen.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See. Der Ausblick hat aber seinen Preis. Das Gepäck muss eine lange Treppe hinauf- und später wieder hinuntergetragen werden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einer guten Aufteilung. Das einzige was stört ist der Lärm von der Hauptstraße die zu nahe am Haus vorbeiführt.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Objekt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die großartige Sicht auf den See und das Ostufer sowohl vom Wohnzimmer, wie aus der Küche und natürlich den 2 Balkonen kann einen vertrösten, wenn das Wetter nicht so gut ist. Dass die Wohnung nahe der sehr befahrenen strada statale liegt, kann man vermuten, wenn man sich im Netz über die genaue Lage informiert.

Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Super Lage mit tollem Blick auf den See! Allerdings ist die Wohnung sehr klein für 5 Personen und das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Daher hört die Wohnung drunter sehr viel auch wenn man nicht laut ist. Wir hatten eine super Zeit hier und der Vermieter war super nett und freundlich

Vorteile: - freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter - Top ausgestattete & moderne Wohnung - Wunderbare Aussicht über den Lago - Südliche Ausrichtung = viel direkte Sonne - Gute Anbindung an Nachbarorte - Sehr gutes Restaurant um die Ecke Nachteile: - Laute Hauptstraße direkt vor der Tür - Laute Nachbarn (Gartenarbeiten, Partys, etc) - Sehr kleiner Parkplatz (nur für Kleinwagen geeignet) - Man muss alles mit Auto erledigen (keine Gehwege) - Viele Mücken, Spinnen und Eidechsen

Unkomplizierter Check-Inn durch eine Schlüsselbox, sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Der Aufgang über die Treppe ist etwas beschwerlich, dafür wird man mit einem herrlichen Blick auf den See und die Berge belohnt. Der ausgewiesene Parkplatz dient nur zum Be- und Entladen, es gibt freie Parkplätze am Straßenrand in der Umgebung. Fußläufig gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, aber Wanderwege und einen Zugang zum See. Dieser kleine Strand war super, um nach einer Wanderung nochmal ins Wasser zu springen, für den klassischen Strandtag mit Kindern eher ungeeignet.. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wunderbar hell und es war alles vorhanden, was an Ausstattung zu erwarten ist. Da man direkt an der Uferstraße wohnt, ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Cannero Riviera oder in Verbania, den nächstgelegenen Ortschaften. Die Straße ist leider auch schon frühmorgens befahren... Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen und finden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super!

Sehr schöne Sicht auf den See. Baden vor der Haustür kann man vergessen, kein Badetrand obwohl das so ausgewiesen. Leider muss man alles mit dem Auto erledigen. Wohnung selbst: sauber, einfach ausgestattet aber reicht für den Urlaub.
