Apartment with private entrance and terrace for exclusive use, in the living room you will find a 1/2 square sofa bed, a comfortable armchair. The French window that overlooks the long balcony has a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. In the well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge, you will find a comfortable table for five people, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake from the long balcony where there are two breakfast tables, two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub / shower. the apartment allows direct access to the laundry room. A 40m pedestrian walkway with steps divides the house from the parking lot. access to the beach is 60 meters away from the apartment

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung stimmte sehr gut. Der Naturstrand ist so nah, dass wir morgens oder abends sehr oft für ein kurzes Bad im See hinübergelaufen sind. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat im Vorfeld noch einige Tipps für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Fewo wieder buchen. Danke für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schöner Ausblick auf den See. Der Ausblick hat aber seinen Preis. Das Gepäck muss eine lange Treppe hinauf- und später wieder hinuntergetragen werden. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einer guten Aufteilung. Das einzige was stört ist der Lärm von der Hauptstraße die zu nahe am Haus vorbeiführt.

Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Objekt.
Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet, die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die großartige Sicht auf den See und das Ostufer sowohl vom Wohnzimmer, wie aus der Küche und natürlich den 2 Balkonen kann einen vertrösten, wenn das Wetter nicht so gut ist. Dass die Wohnung nahe der sehr befahrenen strada statale liegt, kann man vermuten, wenn man sich im Netz über die genaue Lage informiert.
