It is a tastefully furnished 2-room apartment in a 6-family house. The apartment is located about 1 km slightly above the lake in a sunny position directly at the village square of the small village of Gonte. A grocery store, a pharmacy, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a doctor, the post office and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. Approximately 1 km away is a free public beach. A wide network of magnificent walks and hiking trails overhangs the area and a rich offer of cultural, leisure and sports possibilities does not boredom. The apartment has a living space of approx. 53 m² and a balcony of approx. 15 m². Both indoor and outdoor enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. Free public parking is located about 50 meters from the house. Living-dining room with pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons, satellite TV and exit to the balcony.
