Very good location to explore area. Comfortable and clean. Lots of space and very well equipped. Friendly host. We were very happy.

We liked everything about The Grove Annexe It was exceptional
It was very clean and well equipped
Towels ,toiletries and even dressing gowns on hooks on the back of the bathroom door
The kitchen was very well equipped with all equipment and crockery for self catering also plastic glasses for outdoors
The garden outside was very pretty and well maintained and the hot was amazing
The Robins came regularly whilst we were enjoying the hot tub and the completely private garden
We had our own parking space and WiFi
Grove Annexe was conveniently situated for exploring the beautiful Shropshire countryside and near to Ludlow racecourse which was one of the reasons why we were in that area
Thank you Pauline and Paul for greeting us when we arrived and for being such lovely hosts
We would definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend The Grove Annexe for a week stay like us or even a few days

It was a lovely comfortable cottage with everything we needed for a break away. The bed was comfortable and it was very homely. The hot tub was lovely. Pauline and Paul were fabulous hosts and made us very welcome.
Due to my mobility issues, I did struggle with the outdoor steps a little, but there are hand rails to all the steps so not a complaint, just a for info for people with mobility issues.

Warm welcome and helpful touches for ease of arrival and settling in.
The mattress dips a little inwards to the middle. We both found we were rolling inwards at times.
