We think this was our 8th time at this lovely barn which really says it all. Has everything you need and a fabulous secure garden for dogs. Lots around the area to see and do. Ludlow Food Centre for local produce. Leintwardine has a garage with a great shop. We always wondered what it would be like if it snowed there, we found out when 5" fell during our stay. Nothing better than sitting in front of the wood burner all toasty. James is the perfect host. Another fabulous holiday here.

We have had holidays in cottages in UK and France for over 13 years, and this is probably the best! Superb barn conversion in a stunning rural setting on a working farm with superb views. The quality of the conversion is impressive, and the facilities are great (especially the power shower). All the equipment you could possibly want (even a pizza wheel), comfortable beds and a heating system that is so efficient we didn't bother lighting the woodburner... The owner is friendly and helpful, but not intrusive, and the welcome gift of wine and chocolates was appreciated. Shropshire is underrated - it is a lovely part of the English countryside, with plenty to see and do. We will certainly return to Mashers Barn. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Mashers Barn has been very well converted. It is spacious, light and warm. There is so much equipment provided, for humans and dogs. For example, fans for hot weather and extra blankets for cold weather. In terms of kitchen utensils, the only thing we could have done with was a lemon squeezer, everything else we needed was there. The pillows aren't feather ones, so if that matters to you bring your own. The owner, James, is friendly and lives opposite so you can ask if you need anything. I would thoroughly recommend Mashers Barn, and I hope to visit again. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Sour week at Mashers Barn was exactly as described. Everything in the Barn was of a high standard of finish, from fixtures and fittings to bedding and garden furniture. Local amenities are non existent if you are looking for shops, cafes etc but these were not promised and that is what we were looking for - a break with family members where we shopped on day one and cooked for ourselves for the whole week. Lovely walks from the Barn and fantastic setting for enjoying the delights of the view. One of our party has mobility issues and walks with a frame and the Barn was perfect for him with downstairs bedroom and large bathroom. Very comfortable for four adults and secure garden ideal for our large dog. Will be back soon. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

We had a most enjoyable week at Mashers Barn. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was spacious and well furnished with a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. There was comfortable garden furniture, a BBQ, in short, just about everything to make this a home from home. There was so much space outside in which to relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside surrounding the property. Fabulous spot and great value for money.
