Payed 3 nights for only one stayed. Due to some unexpected last minute change with my father getting out of the spital 2 days earlier, was forced to shorten the stay. Fully aware of the non-refund policy presented at the reservation, I tried still finding some understanding from the host. None whatsoever, even they sent me to Booking customer service to solve my problem, which after being ok with a positive resolution of my request and sending therefore the request for approval to the host, was met by a “we cannot do anything” from the host. So minimalistic conditions,do not expect anything exceptional, alongside a money only approach. I do not blame them,it’s a business in the end, but everyone should be aware that they cannot expect more from this experience
