Gazda amabila, disponibilă, receptiva. Locația este surprinzătoare, foarte aproape de parcul Cetațuia si cu o vedere de lojă asupra stadionului dr. Constantin Rădulescu al CFR Cluj Napoca. Tot aproape este un mic magazin Mega Image. Clădirea asigură confort termic nativ, iar apartamentul fiind orientat spre NV s-a dovedit a fi foarte agreabil pe timp de caniculă, desi la dimensiunile sale, teoretic cel putin, nu poate fi echipat cu aer condiționat. Aranjament cochet al apartamentului gândit de gazdă, cu suficiente dotări pentru a face practică si o ședere pe termen mai lung, inclusiv o masina automata de spălat rufe ! M-am bucurat nespus sa găsesc pentru dormit perne din spuma cu memorie; in locuri mai scumpe am gasit adesea niste perne groaznice. Personal, apreciez ca apartamentul - de fapt o garsonieră - este ideal pentru o persoană, chiar si pe termen lung,

Apreciez ca pentru două persoane, mai ales daca vorbim despre cazare pe termen mai lung, nu sunt spatii adecvate pentru despachetarea bagajelor necesare si păstrarea corespunzatoare a lucrurilor. Noi am fost un cuplu si ne-am cazat pentru 14 nopți in luna August, cand garderoba este compusa oricum din haine subțiri. Spatiile de depozitare pentru haine sunt amplasate f sus - spuse un tip de 1,92 m -, iar aprox o treime din dintre ele este deja ocupată de gazdă cu lenjeria de pat si prosoape din dotarea apartamentului. Mai important este ca turiștii nu se preocupa sa stranga canapeaua dupa ce si-au facut somnul, probabil și ca efect al aspectului semnalat mai sus, astfel ca la margine, pe colțuri, canapeaua este ușor tasată din cauza șederii prelungite de peste zi. Gazda asigura doua scaune pliante, dar daca noi, turiștii, nu ridicam peste zi canapeaua, acestea nu se pot utiliza. Pe cale de consecință, o singură persoană poate gasi liniștită loc sa doarmă confortabil pe canapeaua de dimensiuni generoase, dar la două, cea de la margine va trebui sa fie cumva inventivă. Si ultima precizare: aplica din baie este neinspirat aleasă: sursa LED are o lumina caldă de intensitate luminoasa mediocră. In zona lavoarului combinat cu dușul, unde te poti bărbieri, tunde, etc, ești in penumbra.

The host was very accommodating and professional, and I was able to find most of what I needed, for which I give the most points. The room is rather cramped, but at least it was cosy. A hairdryer was provided which was required by me.

As mentioned above the room is rather cramped. One would struggle if booking this for two people. As for the facilities, there was only one towel and a roll of TP provided. I had difficulty preventing myself from wetting the floor as I didn't have anything to wipe my feet off after taking a shower, and I wasn't about to dirty my only available towel. For the amount paid, this is unacceptable. Also the shower curtain was very dirty and moldy, and made the whole bathroom smell awful after getting damp. I think investing in additional towels and a new curtain wouldn't be that much of a big investment. Ventilation is not that great since there's only one window for airflow. If proper airflow is needed, the entry door needs to be kept open. There's also no way to cool off during the summer, the fan that was made available is actually a space heater. Luckily the weather was mild during my stay. I feel the value for money ratio is not very good, but that's true for most accommodations in Cluj.

Locatie op 20 min lopen naar het centrum, naar boven wel de heuvel op. Prima douche, de slaapbank sliep prima. Heel handig dat er een airfryer is. Supermarkt op de hoek van de straat. Leuk het uitzicht op het voetbalstadion.

Weinig ruimte maar dat wist ik vantevoren De twee handdoeken oogden schoon maar roken niet fris. Kussens beetje hard en klein.

Make sure to go here when cfr cluj are playing. The view of the pitch is even better than on the pictures. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfy. The host was very helpful. He got us a new airfyer before we came. the air fryer is and kitchenware is enough to cook a meal. The apartment is small and it can be challenging to move around. On the tv there is hbo and other tv options which was nice. 20minute walk to the centre, its downhill :))
