Locatia este aproape de obiectivele din centru, este o garsoniera curata si bine intretinuta. Are toate facilitatile pentru un sejur in Cluj. Gazda este o persoana foarte serioasa si comunicativa.

Comunicarea cu clientul foarte buna, conditii foarte bune, curatenia la locul ei, totul a fost super. Multumim!

In primul rand comunicarea cu proprietarul (un self check-in in foarte bine pus la punct) aspectul modern al garsonierei, confortul, dotarea (inclusiv aparatul de cafea si pastilele oferite) , mobilierul, liniștea, mirosul plăcut..etc, intr-un cuvant: superb!
Aspectul ponosit al blocului (vechi, deocamdata nerenovat...cu miros mai putin placut pe casa scarii ) si micul dezavantaj ca e la etajul 4 , sesizat mai mult la venire si plecare ce implica un efort mai mare cu bagajul...inconveniente de care insa uiti cand intri in micul dar extrem de cochetul apartament!

sehr sauber. Für die Preisklasse liebevoll eingerichtet. Bad sehr sauber, Küche ebenfalls top! Hatte eine Waschmaschine. Heizung hat gut funktioniert. Ich komme wieder
