Casa Resy was a brilliant place to stay for my family, the staff were lovely and helped us with all our questions and needs! Positives: - Staff - Spacious - Modern - Comfortable beds. - Great shower

- The beds occasionally moved making noise in kids room. - The fridge stopped working over night meaning we had to throw away food.

This property was nothing less than outstanding. Absolutely spotless. Beds comfortable. Location perfect as we where attending a karate tournament and needed to be there early.

Zwei schöne Tage in Florenz

Die Lage ist supergut. Mit der Tram ist man in wenigen Minuten in der historischen Altstadt von Florenz. Das Parken hat super geklappt, der Vermieter hat uns einen freien Platz zugewiesen. Von den beiden Balkonen hat man einen schönen Ausblick auf die Toskanische Landschaft.

Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und clean eingerichtet. Es fehlt etwas an Athmosphäre, da solten doch ein paar Bilder oder andere Dekoelemente ergänzt werden. Leider gab es nur eine halbe Rolle Klopapier und die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.

Très bel appartement spacieux au dernier étage

le tram étant à proximité, se rendre au centre de Florence était très facile. Commerces variés à proximité. Le logement est propre et spacieux. Un ascenseur, quand il fonctionne, est un plus pour un appartement au dernier étage. Je recommande.

Il n'y a pas de machine à laver le linge. Ca n'a pas été un problème pour nous, on était avertis.

Odličan apartman, sve je novo i izuzetno čisto. Domaćin je vrlo ljubazan, ali ne zna engleski. Parking je obezbeđen.

Stan je na 4. spratu, lift radi, ali je izuzetno mali.

Villamoshoz közel, csendes külvárosi apartman - ajánlom.

Szerintem Firenze egyik legjobb apartmanja. Megérkeztünk, leparkoltunk az udvarban és ezt követően csak villamossal utaztunk be a városba és vissza. Nagyon csendes, 4. emeleti lakás, lift van. Messze az utcafronttól, szép kilátás az erkélyről, gáztűzhely, vízforraló és edények - a főzés nem jelentett gondot. Pár perc sétára egy bolt és egy pékség. Újra ezt a helyet választanám.
