This is a great place to immerse yourself in a special part of Italy.

It was cosy, comfortable and quiet in a great neighborhood, close to shops etc. The place felt like home away from home. It had a practical layout and all the necessary amenities for day to day living. I could work in peace and then go on interesting outings just within a few blocks. I had a wonderful 3 weeks in this place.

There was nothing negative about the property.

Good place in the center

The apartment is very big and could easily accomodate 4 people. Very central, 10 minutes walking distance from main Piazza. Well furnished: everything you need in the kitchen in case you want to cook. Also washing machine and hair dryier, very usefull for long stay.

The room doesn't have a window, so it was very hot and not good quality sleep. We had to sleep on the sofa. Second floor with no elevator.

It was a nice , convenient stay, I walked everywhere in the city center from that place.

I liked that the main entry to the apartments on the street level was also secured by a lock. It felt very Dave even for a single lady-traveler. The apartment has sufficient space for one-two travelers , but if needed, could actually sleep more, because it has a couch with a pull out bed. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within 5 mins of walking and a supermarket and a pharmacy. Super convenient location!

It took me a minute to figure out that the lock box with the keys to the main entry and the apartment itself was affixed to the window not on the same building, but two buildings away . That was a puzzle!

Clean and confortabile the flat is very close to the city beach ausonia and to the center. Easy check in and check out.

Very nice and cheap appartment. The owner is responding fast and happy to help with any question. All things needed are in the appartment. The bedroom is big and comfortable.

The appartment is very dark and has only two windows to the backyard. Depending on what you like this can be a minus or during a hot summer night also a plus. And you can see this from the pictures anyway.

Formal complaint filed based on lack of sanitary conditions

1. Location to sea 4 minute walk 2. Spacious 3. Extremely quiet building/neighbors 4. Laundry machine in unit 5. Kitchen utensils provided 6. Consistent strong wifi 7. Mattress very comfortable

1. The building is creepy and very run down. I did not feel safe/secure in this environment as a solo female traveler and I have traveled solo to many countries and never felt this uneasy. I arrived 8pm at dark. No lights on inside the entire building until you enter into the dark tripping over a small unseen step to find the light switch. Once you turn on the light switch it stays on shortly. The lights went out on me walking up the 3 flights of 62 steps. Thankfully my cellphone was in hand to use my flashlight. 2. Again 62 total steps to get up to the apt. Directions indicated 2nd floor, however it’s 3 floors of stairs. This is even after walking uphill to even get to the building. 3. Cold! Heater would not turn on. I messaged the host asking how to turn it on I was told the heater cannot be used prior to Oct. 15th. However I just used the electric heater in my prior B&B the day before. It was freezing during the thunderstorm that night so I was forced to use the only blanket in the closet. I woke up with bite welts all over my body unsure what was in the blanket, so I showered and left the apartment immediately and left behind all the clothes I wore or had on the bed. 4. Shower NOT clean, mold/grime and drain needs to be cleaned. Shower filled into a pool of water my feet were submerged the duration of my shower. I found latex gloves in the closet so I pulled all the hair out of the drain but it still filled up with dirty water. Unhygienic. This is where contact diseases happen. (photos shown). 5. Shower doesn’t have hot water, only lukewarm. Yet bathroom sink water gets scorching hot. Makes no sense. 6. Toilet space tight & uncomfortable. I’m 5’6” 127lbs and my knees were almost touching the wall so I had to sit on the toilet sideways. Not sure how larger/taller people can fit on the toilet (photos shown). 7.

Week end a Trieste

Posto un pochino infelice, l'unica casa al mondo senza una finestra che si affaccia sul paesaggio ma su un cavedio interno con una puzza di cane che saliva dal piano terra. Una stanza da letto senza finestra. Un bagno talmente stretto che per fare Pipi bisogna mettersi di trasversale al wc . Senza parlare del letto con un materasso talmente scomodo, da alzarsi von il nal di schiena. . E per ultima cosa sul letto il piumino invernale! da non crederci. Penso che sia la stanza più brutta di tutti i miei viaggi in 60 anni. Non ho parole!
