Un appartamentino Comodo , i piccoli problemi sono stati, dal personale, molto gentile, sono stati Risolti con Efficenza e molto velocemente.

L appartamento Non aveva un balcone .

Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung in guter Wohnlage im ersten Stock eines typischen Hauses. Das Parken erwies sich als leicht herausfordernd, aber letztlich haben wir immer einen Platz auf der Straße gefunden, kostenlos. Man braucht zehn Fußminuten in die Stadt, wegen des Anstiegs auf dem Rückweg etwas länger.😊

Bei den Temperaturen dieses Sommers hätte man sich eine Klimaanlage gewünscht, aber das ist Jammern auf höchstem Niveau.

This flat is located in a period building (Altbauwohnung) in a quiet, residential area of the San Vito district. It is situated in a peaceful location, offering views of greenery from the kitchen, and is just a few minutes’ walk from a famous viewpoint overlooking the sea. Situated on the second floor in a quiet street, the flat has comfortable beds. There are two bedrooms, one of which has just one bed (a children’s room with toys); there is an additional sleeping option (a double sofa bed) in the living room. There is a 10-minute walk uphill from the old town, where you’ll find restaurants and grocery shops. Bus route 30 runs directly from the train/bus station, key handover at an office near the train and coach station, and the landlord (office) was easy to reach via WhatsApp.

If you have difficulty walking, please note that the route from the shops and restaurants to the apartement is quite steep (It wasn't a problem for us)

De ruimte van het apartement.

De locatie is slecht bereikbaar voor oudere mensen. Het zijn erg steile wegen die je moet nemen om er te komen. Dat ging met veel moeite (ik ben een senior). Gelukkig stopte er een bus in de buurt maar ook om daar te komen moet je steile wegen op en af. Dit zou op de site vermeld moeten worden. Het was zo warm toen wij er waren dat het apartement heel warm was en er niet voldoende verkoeling was. We vroegen om een ventilator voor de slaapkamer, maar die kregen we niet omdat er een (mobiele) airco stond. Maar deze kon niet voldoende koelen in het appartement We vroegen bij de receptie om schone handdoeken. Die konden we, tegen betaling, bij de receptie komen ophalen. We hebben de handdoeken dan maar in het appartement gewassen en gedroogd. Gelukkig kon dat!
