El apartamento es amplio, está muy bien situado, en pleno centro de Girona y muy cerca de la catedral. La planta inferior está bien climatizada y resulta cómoda incluso en días de calor.
Como punto negativo, el segundo dormitorio se encuentra en la planta superior, a la que se accede por una escalera de madera. Esta zona también es muy amplia, es un altillo donde hay una cama doble, armarios y almacenaje, otro cuarto de aseo y la zona de lavadora, pero no dispone de aire acondicionado y la ventilación se limita a una ventana minúscula. Preferimos no abrirla por la noche para evitar que entraran insectos. Estamos en plena ola de calor y cada año será peor. El calor en esta planta era realmente excesivo y hacía prácticamente imposible dormir. El aire acondicionado de la planta baja no refrescaba, ni por asomo, la planta de arriba, al contrario, todo el aire caliente se concentraba en el piso superior y no se aliviaba ni con el ventilador disponible que había, ni abriendo la pequeña ventana. En general, el apartamento nos gustó por su amplitud, ubicación y buena climatización en la planta baja principal, pero creemos que deberían mejorar la temperatura del dormitorio superior, especialmente en verano.

Perfect location with wonderful view.
As in other reviews, there was a horrible smell coming from the drains, probably due to old plumbing. It was bad.
