Ubicación inmejorable. El apartamento es muy bonito y la distribución muy acogedora, agradable y original. Decoración bonita. Sofá cómodo. Colchones cómodos. Para un finde entre amigos o familia lo recomiendo. Si buscas privacidad de las habitaciones, no es tu sitio porque no hay paredes. Tiene un poco de todo, aunque podrían mejorar el menaje de cocina. El hecho de tener solo un baño con ducha hace que pueda quedarse un poco corto si está lleno (capacidad para 5 personas).
No lo recomiendo en invierno: Fuimos en invierno, en plena ola de frío. Al llegar la calefacción estaba apagada por un problema del calentador. El anfitrión vino en persona y consiguió su reparación, aunque en un primer momento nos explicó que "no podían hacer nada" y tuve que ponerme seria para que nos hiciera caso. Después de reparado, la calefacción funcionaba, pero durante todo el fin de semana FUE IMPOSIBLE DORMIR en la habitación de abajo debido al frío. Tuvimos que subir uno de los colchones de la cama de abajo al salón. El espacio es muy diáfano y un poco húmedo y la calefacción abajo NO resulta suficiente.
