Warm comfortable and spacious enough for our long weekend away and definitely value for money
Could definitely do with a more modern cooker as there is no longer any numbers on the dials

It was clean and had everything you need.
The kitchen needs modernising. No dishwasher so none of the pots were cleaned properly. The kettle needs replacing covered in limescale.
Even though it states you can takes a dog, there is only a court yard that you share with 4 other guest lodges. Check out time very early considering you can’t get in til 3. It’s a 15 minute walk into centre, which would be fine if you’re not on crutches. The flats behind were having an all weekend party so music blaring out day and night.

Clean cottage with everything we needed but we couldn’t get the tv working 🤪 It was okay though as we hadn’t gone away to watch telly 🤣🤣 … Having Parking was good we didn’t need to move it as it was easy to walk into Richmond town centre
Beds were a little too firm for us but they were lovely and clean … Both lamps didn’t really give any light so bulbs would need to be brighter 🤣🤣

The location was close enough to the town centre to walk in for shopping and evening meals. The town has local walks available.
It was good to have a dedicated parking space.

The apartment was clean, tidy, beds were comfy and perfect for our stay. The little four court was lovely and the sun was over it for most of the day, having breakfast and the odd wine out there with a book was very relaxing although I didn't try having wine with my breakfast!!
I was here for a conference with my family and feel that I would like to hire all 4 apartments for next year so that the team could all be together it just lends itself to this, it's Private yet open walk into town took us 12mins.
I genuinely mean that there was nothing to dislike for me or my family, The only thing I found was knives needed to be sharper no edge makes them unsafe, and the key safe the kids had trouble shutting! Hardly a complaint really more an observation!honestly that's it. A lovely little place..

Spacious lounge dining area. Has everything required for the stay. Nice 20 min walk into town.
Tiny old fashioned bathroom to share. Bath very small. Toilet wasn’t cleaned from previous user.

Really pretty little cottage. About a 10 minute walk to Richmond Town Square, which is lovely. The walk to the Square is a gentle incline so bear that in mind if you struggle with an inclined walk. Cottage was spotless, comfortable beds and quiet as a mouse at night.
The only thing I would suggest is you might want to consider a new sofa, its getting a wee bit tired. But this did not hinder our stay and we would definitely return

Extremely clean. Everything you would need for your stay.
Could have done with a mirror to get ready in front of in main bedroom.

A lovely little cottage, very well appointed kitchen (although no freezer compartment in the fridge - we didn't need one regardless). Comfortable and very clean. Keys were exactly as stated in arrival instructions and the instructions on how to get to the property were very clear. Despite other reviews, we found the cottage a perfectly walkable distance from the market square, even when footsore after a long day (about 1km, with a few hundred meters of gentle uphill).
The only things I would comment on are that the sign for the guest house was obscured by a bush on arrival, making locating the driveway slightly tricky, and that the bedrooms upstairs are small enough that four people would struggle to fit a week's worth of luggage in the available space - cases would have had to be stowed downstairs if we hadn't had a spare twin bed to pile them on! If we hadn't been spending most days out and about we would have been a bit on top of each other, but for this purpose it was good.

The cottage was roomy and comfortable with all necessary ammenities. So quiet and peaceful. The location is beautiful but more suited to travellers with a car. Public transport not the best.
There was nothing I didn't like about the property

The cottage was within walking distance of town. It was ideal for two people and was fitted to a very high specification.
There was confusion in regard to property access which didn't start off the visit very well.

The cottage was well equipped for self catering.
The sofa was far too low, and the shower didn't regulate it was either very hot or very cold.
