Very clean, plenty of extras like cleaning products, handsoap, toilet roll.

TV was a bit hit and miss.

Easy to find ( being solo driver!) Very comfortable and well equipped, everything worked . Good instructions for TV etc and nice supply of initial items one may need. Little outdoor table to sit at to enjoy mid/ late afternoon sunshine. Easy access to town and for me around a 10 - 15 minute walk

Not a massive gripe at all but parking a little tight and difficult for me to reverse in if another car parked at top of drive, however there is plenty safe parking lower down with better access.

Cosy, Comfortable sofa, Central heat setting all works excellent, comfortable bed, ample space in wardrobe, Good microwave, kitchen and dining well equipped.

I don’t anticipate perfection, but switching to a mixed water tap for the bathroom basin would certainly bring a brighter smile to my face.

Nice quiet area, parking a bonus. Pleasant 10/15 minute walk into the centre. Nice exterior.

Pictures are deceiving as not an enclosed patio space, this needs to be made clear in description. Some dirty cups in kitchen cupboard. Curtain in bedroom hanging off the rail, I see this was mentioned in a review from 2024, still not fixed. Would not be difficult to fix. Sofa old and uncomfortable. Television difficult to work, mention of a second remote in guidebook however this could not be found. The smell of dog as you entered the cottage was overpowering. Loose flag stone on steps leading out of property to car parking area is a hazard. With a bit of care, investment and better cleaning it would make for a much better stay and a feeling of value for money.
