Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, es ist einfach, sauber, ruhig, hat ein kleines aber sehr modernes Bad, sehr gute Matratzen. Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt, Abfalleimer geleert, Handtücher regelmäßig gewechselt, das ist Top! Alexia und ihr Sohn Dimitris wohnen im Haus, Dimitris spricht auch englisch, beide sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage: Über die Straße (ruhige Sackgasse) und Sie sind am kristallklaren und ruhigen Meer mit grobem Kiesstrand (Ostseite der Halbinsel). Dusche am Strand vorhanden, Liegen u. Sonnenschirm 8€. Empfehlenswertes Strand-Restaurant unmittelbar daneben. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß im schönen Zentrum von Paleochora mit unglaublich vielen, tollen und wirklich günstigen Tavernen sowie einigen Geschäften. Ebenso gut zu erreichen der wunderschöne, lange und breite Sandstrand auf der Westseite der Halbinsel mit super Beachbars, Sonnenliegen und Duschen am Strand und öffentlichem WC. Wer gerne schnorchelt kann an diesem Strand viele Fische beobachten! FKK-Bereich am Nordende des West-Strands. Empfehlenswert auch der Grammeno-Sandstrand nur 4 km von Paleochora entfernt (FKK im sehr ursprünglichen Bereich der Dünen möglich – Natur pur!), ein Abstecher lohnt sich wirklich! Alle Strände haben kristallklares Wasser, das in den schönsten Farben von türkis bis tief dunkelblau schimmert.
Wir haben uns bei Alexia Rooms ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und die tolle Lage sehr geschätzt. Wir können Alexia Rooms nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

La résidence est très bien placée, au calme, face a la mer, au bout d’une impasse. C’est très calme et on peut tout faire à pied
Il y a un parking privé gratuit, juste devant ce qui est très pratique
Le ménage et les draps sont changés tous les 2j
➡️ Nous sommes arrivés très tard et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude (trop tard pour joindre le propriétaire). Lendemain, réveil à 6h pour aller à Samaria …et pas d’eau chaude non plus 🤯😭
Le propriétaire nous a dit qu’il y avait une panne et que ça ne se reproduirait plus. 2j après, le matin de partir…que de l’eau tiède et pas d’eau chaude
➡️ Nous avions le studio du rez de chaussée (un peu enclavé donc une vue au niveau de la cour), très rudimentaire, frigo bruyant, cloisons très fines, clim aléatoire
