The hotel looks great, but they need to pay attention to detail

The room was beautiful

My room had a room above it, you could hear everything especially when people were walking. The pool was not clean, and the water level was under the filter line. No shampoo or body wash- I had to ask reception for them to top up the empty bottles when I arrived. The food choices were minimal, and most days they had run out of items.

Convenient location for Agios Prokopios beach and centre-chora at night.

Nice room design and convenient location. Do not worry about proximity to the airport as there are no flights at night. Convenient bus stop outside property.

Lovely chill holiday between the beach and the central village of the island.

Amazing room. Nice private jacuzzi on your own terasse. The pool and bar are nice and the people were extremely helpful and kind.

The location doesn't have anything nearby, which was fine for us, but for some people might be a hassle. You have to ride or take a bus everywhere.

Relaxing stay at Naxos

The hotel is in a quiet area near the beach. Only some cars driving by. The rooms are clean and tidied up everyday. The breakfast is fine, but everyday similar. The hot tub is nice and warm. The staf is friendly and the cocktails where really nice.

With the strong winds we had the garden and pool area is a bit too open to sit in.

Amazing hotel, great staff and stunning views

The rooms were beautifully decorated and exactly as described. The staff were helpful and friendly, particularly Iannis on the bar. The pool was great for the kids and the location itself was good (we hired a car which I’d recommend). Naxos is beautiful, I’d really recommend driving up to the mountains to eat at Rotunda - the sunset view is amazing and the food was delicious.

It was really great, but if I’m being picky, the pool was often full of bugs (they did clean it thoroughly each day, but it would benefit from more regular cleans throughout the day. Because there are smokers, we found some of the linens had lingering smells of smoke at times - I think maybe because they’re hung outside to dry and guests smoke around them?

Lovely staff, but must improve for the price

Very kind, thoughtful and sweet staff — the hotel employees were truly lovely. We enjoyed the breakfast quite a lot, the location was quiet and excellent to go around, and our room was cleaned fresh and tidied every single day. A genuine complaint is the pool, it was extremely dirty with green mold on the walls, oils, insects and children’s toys floating in it constantly. Sadly it was impossible to enjoy it in that state, which doesn’t reflect the price at all.

Nice hotel with a good value for your money.

We had a very nice stay here. Very nice staff, great room and outside area. We also liked the breakfast and the pool!

The whirlpool is just a hot pool and it was not very clean

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms but I recommend a car as it’s quite isolated.

Small, beautifully designed hotel with very attractive, comfortable and clean rooms with air con. Friendly staff. Simple but adequate breakfast. Delicious bar food available in the evening.

Isolated location on a noisy main road, although that didn’t bother us. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but buses are unreliable. About a 25 min walk into town along the busy main road with no path for about half the distance. Once we had a car, it was a nice base. Easy parking available onsite.

We didn’t like it was in the middle of law also the personal it’s not like in all the hotels we stay in group they smile but you know they are not to tear the lady in the morning was nicer but the one in the afternoon we didn’t like her at all we ask her for a taxi because the bus was not coming in here attitude was not nice at all the breakfast is really bad quality ones they put watermelon it was all on the table because they had Frozen it was like old we told the lady and she knew it because we showed her some other people had left it totally and when she told the cook instead of saying sorry she was discussing and saying it was okay but the truth the hotel is really far away from everything and the breakfast very bad quality it’s incredible if you asked for a for pick up fee they would charge it extra also the room when you go inside it smells really bad I don’t know if it’s the sewage

Excellent value for money and incredible staff.

The apartment was beautiful, stocked with everything we needed. Petros and Antonio were so hospitable, giving us a glass of lemonade on arrival and plenty of excellent cocktails throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a more pleasant trip, and at such a reasonable price point as well.

A lovely clean place with great staff that Ive have no problem recommending - very relaxing!

Breakfast was good Room was lovely - decor lovely and as described (thought it looked bigger in the pictures though). Towels all good quality and changed on a regular basis. All the staff were great and very welcoming/eager to please. lovey hot tub on terrace. Must also mention that the cleanliness was exceptional - our room was spotless thanks to our lovely cleaners. Naxos finest is equal distance from main beach area and Naxos town so you need a car really - buses dont always stop unfortunately.

Not much we didn't like, but if I had to say something - reed diffusers in room need to be refilled if they are to be put in rooms. More storage space would have been good although we appreciate most guests are probably there visiting a number of other islands so wouldn't have the need for as much storage. Breakfast could have been hotter, luke warm if you got to it after 930am.

Absolute bliss

The hotel is absolutely clean - it was very well kept throughout our stay. The bar tender actually turned out to be great and was actually our friend throughout the stay. Stunning pool area as well.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the staff. We felt at home right from the start. We checked in and then escorted to our rooms. The rooms were perfect. Spacious, clean, great decor. The staff was unbelievable! The family working there, the bartenders, the hosts, were so hospitable. We had the opportunity to speak with them every day and they provided great insights for the island. The breakfast that is included was wonderful. We will reconnect Naxos Finest to anyone that’s asks where to stay in Naxos. Thank you so much for making this trip special!

The most relaxing and beautiful place in Naxos

Everything. The rooms were perfect , clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. We loved the jacuzzi in the room. The pool was beautiful with the most gorgeous pool side furniture. The bar man paris was great at making cocktails. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in Naxos

The breakfast is really delicious and made to order. Be careful only the tea and filter coffee is free in the breakfast, the rest is Costa and paid for. Good location, bus/taxi ride away from central Naxos.

Cute room and jacuzzi nice.

We stayed here for 5 nights in September 2022 for our honeymoon and paid about $ AUD 620 per night as we wanted to splurge on something special. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this place is way over priced. Our breakfasts slowly got worse over our stay. On the last day, the Greek salad had no cheese and my partner (who can’t eat eggs) had a small sandwich with one thin slice of cheese and ham (earlier in the week he got two or bread with avocado). Our daily fruit salad this time came just as a bowl with a banana, an apple and a nectarine. We were also given less butter than normal and no juice (which we only received one day anyway). Other days we were given a plate with four pieces of cheese and feta but this day we got two pieces of cheese. Shabby end. Two days we also got woken up for breakfast when we understood the arrangement was to come down and let the kitchen know when we were ready (we could call as the phone was broken). The lady delivering the breakfast was lovely but once was bad enough but twice was just annoying. Our private pool had a cleaning machine in it for two days so we couldn’t use it. & the wifi was intermittent. None of this is a huge deal but, for the price, it’s not really okay. We would have been better having our honeymoon in the cheaper main area of the property.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. Very very nice breakfast and cocktails at the bar. Really enjoyed the spa bath outside.

A little far from the harbour but they helped me book an ATV so all good.
