Close to Brasov city center even by foot (requires walking up steep streets) and private parking in an enclosed area.
The AC is not an actual installed unit, but a mobile machine on wheels that is extremely loud yet must be kept on because the studio is extremely hot even when it's cool outside. Blinds don't go fully dark, so there will be a bit of light coming in after sunrise.
