- location (very close to Old Center);
- a lot of mold on a wall near the bed. This affected our sleep quality heavily. The owner left a dehumidifier there but it wasn't enough since the bathroom had no ventilation and the mold was right next to the bed.
- the heating system wasn't working properly. The owner said that the thermostat was set to maintain a temperature of 22°C but the heating was starting when the temperature was dropping at a much lower value (19°C).
