Ultracentral Vintage Apartment Black Church view steps away from Piata Sfatului

Very good location. Clean and spacious. A well-equipped apartment. Nice decor. We liked having a fully equipped kitchen.

We liked everything about our stay.

The best part of this listing is the location. You could not be closer to the Black Church and Piaza Sfatului! A pleasant apartment, spacious and with the feel of home. Well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the coffee pods.

I really resented that the host added the city taxes on top of the listing price. The Booking.com site clearly states that all taxes are included in the price, but this is not the case. The host asks for the city taxes to be paid separately, on top of the listing price. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE! Include the taxes in the listing price, the way it is supposed to happen. The location means that there is really no parking close to the apartment. We solved the parking situation by parking some way away from the apartment, above the German cemetery.

Geweldige locatie! Prima bed. En er was een tv met Chromecast, dus dat was een fijne toevoeging.

De douchekop had geen houder, waardoor douchen erg oncomfortabel was. Het appartement was niet echt schoon. Er was geen afwasmiddel en alleen een vies sponsje om de afwas mee te doen. Ook hebben we geen schone handdoeken gekregen, terwijl we er 6 dagen waren. We waren er 5 nachten en in het appartement boven ons was een grote verbouwing gaande, wat wel een beetje afbreuk deed aan de rust. Hierover contact gehad met de eigenaar en hij zegt niet van de werkzaamheden af geweten te hebben; op zich wel netjes contact hierover gehad. Al met al een oké accommodatie, maar ik zou het eerder aanraden voor een kort verblijf.
