the only negative thing that we have encountered is there was no hot water on cloudy days or after heavy ussage of other dormants and no possibility to get one

The house was new, with modern interior, clean. Quiet nabouboring, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach.
The homeoner doesn't speak English, only Greek. The room was not the same as the one I booked. It was on the ground floor, very small, one door for entrance, and terrace access. The terrace was quite small, it couldn't accommodate 3 persons. Hence we couldn't eat or sit together during our stay.
