Sofia's Apartment 70m from the Sea in Toroni.

Cozy and comfortable apartment, great location, comfortable beds and couches, large kitchen, lots of things in the house with a personal touch, quiet and peaceful, big enough for a family of 3 or 4. No major complaints or problems, everything went well. I love reading so it was perfect for this. There are sheets and towels inside, but otherwise no cleaning during the staying. Windows have rolls and shutters, so it is quite cool during the day, of course we had to use ac while there, but not all the time. The apartment also has a washing machine, which can prove very convenient for longer stays. The host was helpful whenever we requested and responded promptly.

More details how everything works (bathroom lights, boiler), where things are, where rubbish can be emptied, etc. I would suggest in-depth cleaning before renting. We found partly used alcohol and water bottles, freezer was full of ice, fridge needs a cleaning, mixer can was full of water for some reason, sandwich maker was unusable (we tried to clean it as best we could, but with poor results), ants everywhere, difficult to leave food outside or unsealed. The bathroom is very small and a renovation is advisable. Also the quality of wi-fi was very poor and taken from neighbouring hotel. Hard to use the chromecast (TV has no channels, antenna signal is probably broken). But, in general the house was clean, even if I had to clean the TV display and the mirror myself.

The location was great, and Sofia was really helpful about everything. The apartment is very clean, and with kids, it was very nice to be there. There is everything in the apartment that You need, like at your own home. The total impression is that I will come next year.

Terrase and bathroom need to be more arranged, but it was functional. The Tv was not working. Think it could be exceptional with small details added or done.

Sofia is a very fine host, always ready to quickly answer any questions. She is very polite and professional. Location of this apartment is great. The sound isolation in particular is excellent so it's a great place to get some rest. I would definitely come again!

Internet connection is pretty bad. It only works in one room and even then it's slow.

Super nice host and very supportive, despite it was her first experience (and she speaks good english). No major complaints or problems, everything went very very well.

Just a few things: more in depth descriptions of the house at check-in, on how it works, where things are, where rubbish can be emptied, etc. I suggest to prepare "sheets of paper" with "instructions" left around the house. Also a better quality wi-fi would be advisable (although I assume it just poor in the area) that's why I ended up using the hotspot on my phone. Boiler max temp should be re-set to lower values to avoid risks of burning if you open hot water only. Air-con was working, but we had to keep it on "for hours" because it was not so strong... I think recharging the gas, would make it work better. Last, I would suggest one super-in-depth cleaning before renting, I am talking "behind the couch" or other hidden places, since in general the house was very clean.
