Amaryllis apartments

Хозяйка дома просто прекрасная женщина! Очень добрая, гостеприимная и милая :) Дом снаружи чуть более роскошен, чем внутри :) В целом, кровати были удобные, есть общая зона с диваном и столом на 1 этаже, есть небольшая кухня. Комнатки небольшие, но всего хватает. На обоих этажах большие террасы для посиделок. На улице есть барбекю зона и дворик. Всё очень милое. Большая частная и бесплатная парковка. В целом, для компании на море в тихом городке Торони, это очень приятный дом с доброй хозяйкой и отличной природой вокруг.

Ванные комнаты - самый большой минус этого дома. На втором этаже просто очень маленькая низкая ванная, но это не страшно - там унитаз и раковина, этого достаточно. А вот ванная внизу, где есть душ, по факту, для использования душа не очень пригодна. Душевой поддон неудобно расположен, нет ни стекла, ни шторки. Из-за чего заливается вся ванная. Кухня тоже недостаточно оборудована, стоит добавить приборы, проследить за чистотой. Необходимое есть, просто чуть позаботиться. Это всё поправимо и мы надеемся, что мы с удовольствием приедем ещё!

La nostra camera doppia era piccolina, non è lontana a piedi dal lungomare di Toroni ma è in piena campagna, si potrebbero ottimizzare le comunicazioni con gli ospiti con informazioni preliminari più dettagliate sulla chat di Booking

Stone-and-wood style property. Grill was great. Host accepted her mistake and compensated for one night. Overall a good stay, but the host should handle such issues more seriously.

We stayed for one week at the villa, booking three apartments in a stone-and-wood style property. Apartment No. 5, the smallest, lacked a screen on the door, allowing insects to enter easily, and had a noticeable musty smell, although everything else was fine. The other two, more spacious apartments were generally fine with no bad odors, though it was clear that some areas, especially the bathrooms, were not fully finished/invested. On the first night, one of our reserved apartments was occupied due to the host extending another guest’s stay. As a result, one couple with two children had to stay in a different location for the night, covered by the host. From the second day, they were moved to this location but in another apartment (not the one originally booked, as it was still occupied for 2 more days). The host did eventually compensate us for one night, although initially she had a different explanation and justification approach. Created issues could have been handled more professionally and without unnecessary justifications.
