The location, the staff working there
The fact that on checkout day i was told by the host that we had to check out by 10:30, despite the fact that the hours on the site and on my reservation stated between 17:00 and 23:00. I said that by before 12:00 will be done packing, but she insisted it was a rule noted on booking. So i showed her the reservation confirmation. Overall it ruined the experience. What was the reason behind that unreasonable checkout time 10:30 am, don't know. Host's cleaning staff was apologizing in her name, they were much more polite, reasonable and having a sense of understanding.
