My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our four-day stay at this small family-run hotel. What stood out the most was the staff, especially the owner, the breakfast team, and the housekeeping staff. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was quite spacious, featuring two balconies, and provided more than enough space for the three of us. Although the room is somewhat dated, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained, so we have absolutely no complaints in that regard. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-10 minute drive from the Grossglockner High Alpine Road and 15-30 minutes from the attractions we visited in Zell am See and the Kaprun area. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and well-located place to stay in the region.

Prachtige locatie met goede bedden

De kamer was lekker ruim.

Het hotel heeft een gedateerde inrichting, waardoor het een wat ouderwetse uitstraling heeft. De kamer was eenvoudig ingericht en bood geen koffie- of theefaciliteiten en geen minibar. Ook de badkamer was erg klein. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk, maar het contact was weinig persoonlijk. Tijdens het ontbijt werden we beide ochtenden naar hetzelfde tafeltje naast de keuken verwezen, waar het behoorlijk lawaaierig was. Hoewel een rustiger tafeltje bij het raam vrij was, voelden we weinig ruimte om hiervan af te wijken. De gasten waren overwegend op leeftijd.
