The location and amenities
Furnishing could be better. There was bare minimum: chairs and sofa in the living/dining area. Not very comfortable seating area for a group of four people. A couple of additional arm chairs or another sofa would help to feel better.

Really liked how close it was to the beach and Broadwalk. The coffee shop was our favorite!
I didn’t like the fact that you had to pay a resort fee in addition when arriving at the resort. It should have been included in the total cost. Also, pool has been under renovation since April and no one mentioned that until we arrived at the resort.
