This is a beautiful apartment: modern, clean, lovely balcony facing the ocean, nice king size bed and queen sofa bed, 1/2 block off the beach. The rooftop pool and bar stunning. Price is steep to valet park a car, but you can get a one month public parking permit from the city for $115 and then park at the Garfield Street garage a few blocks away. Super easy.

The unit was immaculate as usual for our second stay here. We love every aspect of it.
But...
The property did not have our paid reservation when we arrived. And with a four-hour flight delay, not something you want to be dealing with at 12:30 a.m.
After calling and getting hung up on, fortunately, the property attendant made contact with Global Rent Apart to send in our reservation. And we finally were able to check in at 1:30 a.m.
Could say we lost half-a-night of our stay.
And we never received any follow up from Global Rent Apart to explain what happened.

The location is the highlight of our stay. The proximity to beach is a plus. The area is not a spring break crowd, plus plus. This place is great to unwind and just enjoy the beach or pool. I do wish the room offered paper towels/kitchen hand towels. It's not ideal to go grocery shopping the minute we arrived. I would suggest stopping at Publix before arriving. Overall the room was clean, convenient to beach and boardwalk. Also pretty close to Margaritaville for nightly concerts.
