✽ This unit does not have a washing machine at the moment.

bath products for a few days. We provide one set of bath towels per
guest (Shower towels, not for the beach).

*When checking in, you must pay to the administration of the complex EXTRA FEES:

$ 40 x day x apartment.
Which includes:
✓ Beach Service, 2 lounge chairs on the beach x apartment x day. (The
beach umbrella is rented, we recommend bringing your own or paying
20 per day for the umbrella to the hotel staff located on the beach)
✓ Access to the swimming pools, solarium, and hot tube.
✓ Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. That is free of charge.
✓ Ice vending machines in the hallways
● REGISTRATION FEE:
$50 (one time only).
● PARKING FEE:
$40 daily (Maybe the hotel offers discount for long stays)
-That's not optional if you park at the Resort, and it's not included in the rate.
It varies according to the number of days of your stay.
- If you dont have a car you don´t need to pay the valet parking.
● PET FRIENDLY: Your dog is welcome. It has an additional charge:
Pet Fee: 1 dog $10 daily. - 2 dogs $15 daily.
Ask for the rate if you stay longer.
● CRIB: A Pack and play crib are available upon request. (Not available at this time). $50

The umbrella on the beach is paid per day. You can carry your own umbrella too.
● POOL SERVICE: By hotel policy, drinks of any kind are not allowed in the pool area. Only those that are sold in the same area can be consumed. In addition to this, we remind you that the consumption of any type of drink near the pool is PROHIBITED, it must always be found near your chair/umbrella.
* We do not rent to people under the age of 21.
* People under the age of 21 are not allowed without being accompanied by an adult.

Nice place for a few days in Florida

We stayed for 7 nights in April before the big storm with 24" of rain in a day. We got out just in time! LOL!
This VRBO was great. It was part of the resort and we got all the amenities that resort guests got because we also had to pay the same resort fees. The room was beautiful. Updated and clean. The resort is half a block from the beach and half a block from the Intercostal Waterway. You can hop on the Water Taxi to Ft. Lauderdale just a few blocks away. We even rented a pontoon boat for the day and that was just right down the street as well. Lots of great restaurants on the Broadwalk as well as on the ICW side. We took an Uber to Miami one day and it cost about $20 each way. Not bad at all. Loved Hollywood Beach and the location of this rental.
The check in process was pretty easy although the owners told us upon request that we could not check in early. We got there about 1 hour early and they held our luggage and we went up to the bar for a drink. Not a bad option.
I would for sure go back and use this same company for our rental!

The condo is as pictured and great location. It was clean and had everything we needed. Only negatives were that there was no fitted sheet on the mattress- just a flat sheet over it, the wifi hardly worked on our phones, and there were some hidden fees with check in. Overall, we had a good experience and would come back.
