Nice rooftop/ good location/ ease of booking.
Shower faucet was broken, both TVs didn’t work, cleaning supplies left in kitchen, too small of a trashcan, not enough elevators felt like we had to walk miles to get around the hotel, front desk staff was not very nice.

Location was perfect
Shower had mold and no kitchen towel/dish rag
Floors were dirty.

The views, the pool, the staff were all amazing.

Rooftop pool and bar was great
The host was friendly
Knat problem in my bathroom was horrible even though host brought spray it became gross.
When 1st walking into the suite, the smell was sour and we realized it was the mop & bucket that is left for room cleaning.
Dry towels and hand towels were provided but no washcloths. I constantly travel and untill now I had to go buy washcloths for my family.
The description of the room when booking made it seem like there was a washer/dryer in the unit. W/D was actually located on a different floor.
