Positives:
*property was clean
*great location on the Broadwalk
*close to great restaurants and the beach
*friendly staff at the front desk, valet, and beach service
*pool and hot tub were great

Suggestions for a better stay:
*Bedding: The fitted sheet came off when you rolled over. It did not fit all the way down to the underside of the mattress. There was a flat sheet, thin blanket, and another flat sheet on top. The blanket barely reached the outside of the edges of the bed, definitely too small for the king-sized bed. Had to ask for an additional blanket which was delivered the next day.
It would be great to have a deep pocket fitted sheet and some sort of cozy, well-fitted comforter to make for a good sleep. Also, the room was staged to look cozy for the pictures, but none of the items were in the room, such as the throw blanket and throw pillows on the bed.
*Towels-we booked for a week and were given 4 bath towels and only one washcloth and one hand towel (which had to be used for the dishes as there was no dish towel). The owner delivered 4 additional bath towels, but no additional wash cloth the next day. My suggestion would be to include a dish towel and make sure there are enough towels if someone is staying more than 2 nights.
*Air Conditioner-Though the air conditioner worked well, it would make a loud clicking sound every few minutes when it turned on. This was loud enough to wake us up on occasion.
*Hairdryer-On the second night there we were getting ready for an anniversary dinner and realized there was not a hairdryer. Though the owner brought one the next day, I went to dinner with wet hair. I would suggest bringing your own, just to make sure.
Overall, the owner was quick to respond to our requests and was very kind. For the amount of money being spent, the little suggestions would be much appreciated as a traveler.

We loved our Hollywood Beach trip @ Stay Sol! We we definitely stay here again. Room was updated, very clean, and the bed was so cozy! The location is perfect! Just a few mins walk to anything you could possibly need!
