This property was amazing! Everything was exactly as listed. The view was awesome from our balcony. We stayed in the one bedroom studio, which was just fine because there are so many things to do there. It's a one minute walk to the beach, many restaurants and bars in short walking distance. I can't rave enough about the location and fun my wife and I had on this trip. My only complaint is that the roof top bar and restaurant was closed. Not really sure why. It would have made the stay much nicer to have that open. We improvised and just brought our own drinks to the roof top. The roof top pool, hot tub, and lounge area are gorgeous with amazing views. I highly recommend staying here as it's centrally located on the broadwalk. I really don't get the negative reviews. The place was very clean and very nice.

We got there about noon time and the reception desk did not receive the information we sent to Stay Sol the day before so we had to wait half an hour in the lobby before they receive it. Then, we asked if the room was ready and Stay Sol told the reception desk that “early check in” was available for $50 … which meant that the room was ready but they wanted a few dollars more from us…we were there for a full week ($$$) so we felt that it was pretty cheap to leave us waiting in the lobby for 3 hours because they wanted an extra $50 which we decline to pay
Three hours later, we finally get access to our room. It was clean and confortable.
Our neighbours were talking very loud (not that they were partying or anything but just talking loud) until 4am…the first 2 nights. Not pleasant at all! In addition, we were on S Ocean drive side (3rd floor) and there is a LOT of noise coming from the street.
On a positive note, the roller shade chain of the patio door broke on the second or third day of our stay and we sent an email early morning to advise them and when we came back late afternoon, they had send someone over to repair it. We thought they were very good responding to that complain
