Breakfast was excellent. Lovely and hot, tasty and well cooked.
Shower was very good.
Fridge, iron and microwave on the landing if needed.
Our bed was softer than we have at home and would have preferred a firmer mattress. But that us just our preference.

Lovely location with plenty of places to eat, and coop over the road for snacks. 10 min drive to a shopping complex.
Single bed too small (my fault for not booking a double) but mattress was 8/10 again I am used too a better mattress.

The shower in the ensuite was very good.
The rooms were old fashioned and a bit dusty in places.
