    Staying here when taking our 2 young grandchildren to Ironbridge and Blists Hill was ideal. After a long day visiting the attractions the wonderful swimming pool was perfect for cooling down and continuing the fun . The staff were super friendly, the breakfast substantial and the food served in the bar or restaurant very tasty. We had a great time.

    Great hotel and staff. Would prefer more of a variety on the menu for vegetarian and gluten free but apart from that - great hotel. Great for those with disabilities.

    Aron, on Reception and Rachel, front of house remembered me from last time and I only stayed one night. Excellent welcome and being a wheelchair user was blown away when Rachel accompanied me to the pool. Thank you.

    Booked an executive suite, we were checked into a double. After much back and forth for what actually printed in front of the receptionist, with a lazy excuse of sorry we were then moved and the receptionist still insisting not to check us into the exact room . I would expect a proper apology would be to make complete amends. It was all excuses. More appalling was the way other people were treated. I hope your staff realise Telford is now more diverse than 10yeard ago.
