A cozy house with a private pool and air conditioning just outside Biarritz

Our family home is ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people.

Located in the town of BIDART, just at the gates of BIARRITZ, slightly elevated with a view of the Basque mountain (La Rhune), the house is quiet at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential subdivision with many green spaces.

You will find for your holiday stay a bright and very pleasant house to live in which will allow you to find the equipment and comfort of a main residence.

You will have at your disposal the 3 beautiful bedrooms located on the first floor of the house all with a double bed (2 beds of 140x190 cm and 1 bed of 160x200 cm) and air conditioning, a family bathroom, two toilets, a living room, a semi-open kitchen and an adjoining pantry.
This house being our main home, only a bedroom located downstairs and an outdoor shed will be unavailable to hold our personal belongings.

The garden is fully fenced and secure with a beautiful flat-bottomed swimming pool (heated out of season) of 7 meters by 3.5 meters with steps on the width and a small wooden terrace (extension project in progress) with, in particular, deckchairs, garden furniture, with dining area, a plancha, buoys and surfboards.

In summer, a free shuttle bus located a few minutes walk from the house can take you to the main beaches of BIARRITZ and BIDART. Another bus 100 meters from the house allows you to go to the city centers, the airport and even directly in 5-10 minutes to the Biarritz train station.

The location is ideal for exploring the Basque Country and spending an excellent family stay.

Hotel-quality linens (sheets, towels and kitchen towels) will be installed on arrival. The house must be returned tidy and clean, although a thorough cleaning will be carried out after your departure.
