The ground floor is ingeniously divided into two apartments, each comprising two bedrooms - one with a cozy double bed, and the other with two single beds, though it should be noted that one of the bedrooms in each apartment does not have a window to the outside. Both apartments feature open kitchens integrated with inviting living rooms, complete with sofa beds and TVs for entertainment.



Moving up to the first floor, you'll find a delightful bar counter with seats, a generously sized living room featuring a snooker table, satellite TV, a welcoming fireplace, and a dining area for communal feasts. The fully equipped kitchen makes culinary adventures a breeze, furnished with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, electric oven, juicer, blender, toaster, and coffee machine. For added convenience, a laundry room is at your disposal, equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a guest WC, complete this level. Additionally, a charming balcony beckons, offering lovely views and easy access to the pool area and garden.



The second floor of this enchanting villa houses four more delightful bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and rest.
