You’ll feel your spirits lift from the moment you cross the threshold of the magnificent Transformation Point, a sleek, newly constructed four-bedroom home with unparalleled ocean and bay views. The light-filled great room has floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the home’s perch on the south-western tip of Lincoln City’s Taft district, providing a sweeping panorama of Siletz Bay, the Salishan Spit and the Pacific Ocean.

I cannot say enough great things about this house. We stayed here for our annual Galentine girls weekend. The house had everything we wanted and so much more. Starting with the chef’s kitchen, complete with a double oven and six burners and flattop grill, a giant island that seated four, and the extra fridge in the garage was the cherry on top. The decor, comfy beds, bathrooms with each bedroom, and a couch that we all could lounge on together all weekend. But the real show stopper is the incredible views and the awesome patio complete with a hot tub and patio furniture with fireplace that we could all soak up the views together. From sunrise to sunset we were in heaven. Beach access is just. Short walk down the road, and groceries, coffee shops, restaurants and fun retail shops were a short 5 minute walk from the house. We will absolutely be staying here again.

This is an INCREDIBLE house! great amenities for our reunion -we loved the kitchen, the collection of games, the comfortable sofa, the fire pit, and of course, the hot tub! The views are incredibleHowever, the property management needs work. They did not provide bedding for all of the beds included in the listing. I notified them on Friday 1 hour after checkin that we didn’t have adequate bedding (2 trundle beds had sheets but no comforters / bedspreads). Despite multiple text exchanges on Friday night, they did not deliver bedding for us. Early morning Saturday they assured us housekeeping would drop off bedding. They never delivered any. Two of our group were cold - sleeping on those beds with small blankets we found in the closet - which were inadequate. For this caliber of house I expect the listing to deliver as promised and I expect better support. They also said they did not provide beach towels - it was a pain in the neck to bring our own given that we flew in from 3 different countries. And there were towels - as there should be at this price point. Silly they tell you that you need to bring your own. So sadly - buyer beware. But, if you are local, and you can bring your own bedding as a back up, this house is incredible!Without the bedding problem I would have given this house 5 stars - it’s truly incredible!
