Lovely Copenhagen apartment.

Super comfy, cosy apartment in good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Self check-in is easy with their support. Very warm and well-equipped.

Its a very noisy building (quite old) so its noisy when neighbours move through the building. This didn't disrupt our stay particularly, but if you're a light sleeper, be aware.

Fine but would not recommend

Good location in central Copenhagen. Very easy check in process

the apartment was not very clean and at the check in we realised they did not provide the coffee capsules as promised. We wrote to them on WhatsApp twice and did not get any response (note that the coffee machine at the property works with coffee capsules used in professional settings, so they cannot be bought at regular Nespresso shops but only bought at the property with a relevant markup) until I wrote an email and promptly got a bag of capsules. One of the bedroom is connected with the back stairs of the building which strongly smell of smoke so I had to keep the bedroom window open during the day as the smell of smoke was coming inside the bedroom and bothering my child’s sleep. Also, there is a tv but it was completely disconnected and the cable to switch it on was too short to arrive to any power station

Great location near bus line 2A or 68. Easy walk to Metro lines. Great area for independent living.

Hot water was excellent. Bedrooms were spacious. Cooking facilities good but no microwave. Very generous number of tablets for dishwasher and toilet paper. Gave us excellent notice about water meter that needs changing and for plumber to get access via keys. These things happen and the contact hosts were very good about that notification plus wifi info etc. Any questions where quickly and effectively answered.

Disappointing that there was a dirty oven tray in oven drawer. Used band aid and shower cap under a bed and couch. No storage area for bathroom stuff .... a couple of shelves under the sink would fix that up. No cooking strainer in kitchen. AUD$300+ for cleaning fee needs reviewing!

Location was good. Beds very comfortable. Good little supermarket locally. Unbelievable cafe/restaurant around the corner serving first class dinner. Good instructions for access to everything.

We would have liked a mirror in the bedrooms. The bathroom door didn’t close and creaked loudly which was annoying in the night. It needs to be made clearer that there is no access to Tv channels and that you can only use Netflix if you have a particular account.

Pretty minor, but a couple of the doors need to be oiled. They were very loud if someone used the washroom at night. In the check-in instructions noting the key box is further to the left, 20 feet?, would be helpful. Or take the picture from across the street and circle the front door and where the key box is.

Disappointing

Apartment close to the center and spacious, nespresso machine and a new laundry machine

The apartment was a very big disappointment. We ordered a travel cot for the baby and it was not delivered although we paid for it. I complained and it was delivered at 21:00 the same day (baby was asleep from 18:00 and the bed delivery woke him up). The travel cot was broken and was not opening correctly. The apartment was also dirty (found a big clot of hair on the floor, the wall was crumbling to the floor and the courtain in the bathroom was covered with calc and dirty. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Loud outside.

Cosy property centrally located.

I liked the design, quirkiness and exposed wall. Being in the basement gave it a cosy feel yet it was bright enough with windows at street level. Location was good and close to the train station.

We had issues with the WiFi but there was good communication with property management and the issue was eventually resolved.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay. Location was excellent, close proximity to Metro stations and easy walk to centre. Beds and facilities were very comfortable. Clear instructions on check in for key collection etc. Good Wi-Fi. Overall very happy with stay and would recommend for a comfortable stay in Copenhagen.

Standards of cleaning could have been a bit better especially more attention to kitchen (top of fridge and fan and cabinets weren’t particularly clean)

The property has great location.

We were struggling finding the right lock the get the keys from the apartment. Also, as there is no direct contact person but a company it is a bit difficult to get your request solved. You cannot just write a message to the host.

A great location with nearby Metro line.

Accessibility is very good with easy walking distance to the centre taking about 10 minutes. We liked having a lounge as it made it easier to watch TV in the evening. Much better than having 2 hotel rooms. We would probably stay here again if we returned to Copenhagen.

We were surprised that there wasn’t a kettle in the property but we just boiled water if we needed it. The cupboards had limited items in them. The fridge door handle was broken.

Sehr gut

Das Appartement liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Norreport-Metrostation entfernt mitten in Kopenhagen aber dennoch ruhig. Der Schlüssel wurde in einer Code-Box hinterlegt und von uns dort auch wieder abgegeben. Dies hat problemlos geklappt. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und groß. Es gibt einen Hinterausgang zu einem Hof mit Sitzgelegenheiten, z. B. um mal eine Zigarette zu rauchen. Hier befinden sich auch die Mülltonnen. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet um sich selbst zu versorgen. Die Fenster sind blickdicht beklebt. Von aussen kann man nicht in das Innere sehen, von innen nach aussen aber schon. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich ein Mini-Markt mit allem was man so braucht. Gegenüber des Appartements gibt es ein nepalesisches Restaurant mit moderaten Preisen und leckerem Essen. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit Sanders hat sehr zeitnah und sehr serviceorientiert funktioniert. Danke noch einmal dafür.

Das Appartement liegt im Souterain eines Wohngebäudes und ist dadurch und durch blickdichte Beklebung an den Fenstern etwas dunkel. Das ist aber der einzige kleine Nachteil.

Det var godt renholdt. Bra utstyrt. God seng.

Kloakklukt på badet under hele oppholdet. Fælt!!! Så at der etter noen dager var folk fra kloakkservise som jobbet i bakgården men vi opplevde også etterpå at lukten var der like mye. Der var kun 2 krus. Ytterdør på stekeovnen var løs og ved første åpning falt den av. Ringte og forklarte og sendte bilde. Ingen tilbakemelding. Alt av kommunikasjon gikk på engelsk. Kunne vært mer på dansk/norsk.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut in Ordnung

Die Lage war gut. Alles gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden, alle Betten in beiden Schlafzimmern waren komplett bezogen, was bei Buchung von 2 Personen nicht immer selbstverständlich ist

Da die Wohnung im Souterrain bzw Keller liegt und die Fenster mit einer Folie beklebt sind, damit man von außen nicht reinschauen kann (was natürlich angenehm ist) ist es ziemlich düster in allen Räumen. Lichtschalter sind unglücklich angebracht. Der vom 2. Schlafzimmer ist zum Beispiel außerhalb des Raumes, Nachttischlampen überwiegend nur mit USB Anschluss, Wasserhahn in der Küche sehr wackelig und im Bad überhaupt keine Ablagefläche (nur am Fenster, wo es aber beim Duschen mitunter nass wird)

Die zentrale Lage.

Der Ventilator der Ablüftung in Küche und Badezimmer lief ununterbrochen und war nicht anzuschalten. Die Lärmbelästigung war so massiv , dass wir mit Ohrstöpseln/Oropax schlafen mussten. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain, welches nicht aus der Beschreibung deutlich wurde. Die Betten waren sehr durchgelegen .
