Everything was excellent

Great views, very big and comfortable house with 3 full double bedroom suites, each with their own bathroom plus a guest wc. Has several terraces with amazing views over the bay, a bbq area and the house is fully equipped with everything you need. We will definitely rent this house again. It's a very beautiful and well maintained property, built in the traditional Cyclades island style, with a superb beach and restaurants just at the bottom of the hill which you can walk to if you wish. Also the area is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect!

There's no Internet but the 4g signal is very strong so we managed fine. The road up to the house is a steep dirt road but we had no major issues going up and down slowly in our normal car. Only the upper bedroom has air conditioning but all the rooms have ceiling fans and there is also portable air conditioning if required for the other rooms.

The house exhibits a very nice design, in line with the island's unique architecture. The rooms are spacious, and the balconies have spectacular views to the gulf of Otzias. It is only 10' from Vourkari where nightlife and restaurants are, and an easy trip to Ioulis, Korissia and Spathi.

The house had some water issues; low pressure because of build-up in faucets, hot water issues, which were worse than the average island house (there are usually water issues in Tzia due to lack of a water network for remote houses). Management only sent someone on the third day of our stay. Also, the furnishing of the house feels like it stopped half way, and none of the TVs has any signal.
