About this villa rental
The villa, which is in a small complex of three houses in total, is in area of Akroriti - Otzia, with an amazing sea view. The villa is on two levels and consists of the main house and a guest house. The main house has a living room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a double bed an en-suite bathroom (shower). Connected to the main house but with an independent entrance there is a guest house with a double bed, single bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The living room, kitchen, bedroom on the ground floor and the guest house all have balcony doors that lead directly on the terrace and swimming pool. On the terrace there are shaded dining and seating areas from where one can sit and enjoy and the amazing sea view.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
Amenities: Refrigerator and freezer, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, Internet, wifi, mosquito blinds, air-conditioning in 2 bedrooms, the third has a ceiling fan, electric heating panels, fireplace, covered parking, portable charcoal BBQ, two 32" flat screen TV's (one in the living room, one in the guest house), DVD player, Blue Tooth Sound Tower with USB/SD/SCHC card reader & FM radio, linen and towels, dishes and utensils, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, baby cot, indoor ding for 6 people, 2 outdoor dining tables, one for 10 people, 2nd one for 6 people, outdoor sofa and armchairs for 5 people, 4 sunbeds, 2 chaise lounge, 4 director chairs with a coffee tables.

We have greatly appreciated the house with all equipment you need for holidays in family or with friends. Beds are comfortable and there is many place to tidy closes.
it's too bad that a bedroom has no air conditioning. And perhaps too many bees around the swimming-pool sometimes.

Une maison de vacance très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire. On a l’impression d’être dans une maison d’amis.
La terrasse est parfaite et il y a beaucoup d’espace à l’extérieur avec des endroits ombragés pour déjeuner ou se détendre et une belle piscine avec une superbe vue sur la mer.
Le positionnement est parfait, près de l’une des plus belle plage de l’ile, proche du port de pêche et de ses restaurants ainsi que du port pour prendre le ferry.
L’accueil et l’entretien de la maison pendant les deux semaines a été irréprochable.
Tout le monde est souriant et sympathique.
