Casa Donna Gina - Puglia Mia Apartments

- Die Kommunikation mit Jo war sehr gut und professionell - Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in 15 Minuten in der Altstadt, kostenlose Parkplätze waren stets vorhanden, ein Supermarkt ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt - Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht - Nach der Ankunft haben wir noch von Jo ein paar nützliche Infos zu Monopoli und Umgebung erhalten

- die private Terrasse ist schön, aber im 2.ten Stock (uns hat das nicht wirklich gestört, da wir sie wegen der Hitze nicht benutzt haben).

Spacious, clean and comfortable with all Kitchen amenities, easy to find a parking on the street.

There is a bit of a 15 minute walk to the city centre, which was fine but sometimes tiring for little kids.

High ceilings, nice decor, modern, nearby the train station, quiet location.

The flat suffers from low water pressure (so are the other flats in the building) and relies on an autoclave to guarantee the water flowing out of the tap. The autoclaves are all in a room beneath the main bedroom of this flat, and it gets noisy every time someone opens a tap. They should be changed with modern and more silent ones. Flat also has mouldy spots, all reported to the agency.

Flat was clean, plenty of parking space around the flat, close to a supermarket.

The flat next door was doing major renovations, creating a huge amount of drilling and hammering noise starting at 7am. This is not the fault of the hosts, but it means that this flat was not fit for purpose, or livable in any way whatsoever. Given the scafolding, it cannot have been a surprise that the neighbours were doing major works. We left early to find another place. The flat was functional, but not very charming. The location is ok if you want to drive around Monopoli, a little far from the old town within monopoli.
